Liew Wei Yong (Founder)

Liew Wei Yong has been in the Fitness Industry for more than 18 years. One of the Celebrity Trainer in Singapore. Voted by Run Society, an online magazine, as one of the best 16 running coaches in Singapore, Liew Wei Yong is certified in everything from sports management to personality/behavioral assessment and positive psychology. Throughout her career, Wei Yong prides herself not just as a Personal Trainer, but one that takes care of her client’s Physical, Mental and Health issues. From Running a Marathon, Weight Management, Chronic Disease Management, Elderly Health Management and Mental Wellbeing, Wei Yong has a proved track record to her clients achieve their personal goals.

Being an ultra-runner herself, she has competed in ‘killer’ marathons such as Ultra races in the Gobi and Sahara Deserts that span across 250km –consistently finishing in the Top 16 for her marathons. She also oversees fitness training for the Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore Police Force, Fireman for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, and others.

Took part in Thailand Temple Run, 2nd place for 18yrs-25yrs marathon category.

  • Took part in Standard Chartered Marathon in Dec 2005, 11th place for Singapore women’s category.

  • Sub 4hours marathon timing for Melbourne and Singapore in 2005

  • Took part in Sundown Marathon 84km in 2008, 10th place for women’s category.

  • 7th place in women’s category for Northface 50km run in 2011.

  • 7th place in women’s category for Sabah 100km run in 2011.

  • 1st place in women’s enduro category for the Sports Hub Stepper Challenge 2015

Jon Ho is certified YTT200 and have been actively coaching yoga for 3.5 years. As an avid runner, Jon understand the importance of balancing strength and flexibility to achieve functional mobility. Jon has completed numerous Marathon and Ultra Marathon.

 

Jon focus on yoga’s breath works, yin yoga (deep stretches) and myofascial release.
